After spending more than two decades in the e-commerce and customer service fields, I, like many others during the pandemic, found myself laid off from my 9-5 job. It was a challenging time, but I saw it as an opportunity to explore new career paths.
Despite the challenges of switching careers in my early 40s, I was determined to make it work. I obtained my FAA Part 107 license to fly drones commercially and became FAA-certified.
Having previously worked in a professional photo studio, I had a solid foundation in photo processing and color balance. Learning to use a professional-grade camera with my DJI Mavic series drone helped me develop my skills further. I invested in a quality DSLR and became proficient in lighting, composition, and editing. Now armed with my license, equipment, and experience, I offer my services to vacation rental hosts, Realtors, shopkeepers, and private homeowners.
