Hi, I’m Matt — the photographer behind HOVER Real Estate Photography, serving the greater Chattanooga and North Georgia region.
My goal with every shoot is simple: create images that feel honest, inviting, and beautifully composed. Whether it’s a downtown condo, a mountain cabin, or a family home, I approach each property with precision, intention, and an eye for the details that make it stand out. Realtors trust me for consistent, MLS-ready results that elevate their listings and keep their clients impressed.
Alongside my MLS real-estate work, I’m also an Airbnb contract photographer, capturing short-term rental properties throughout the region. That experience has sharpened my ability to blend accuracy with atmosphere — producing visuals that not only document a space but also evoke what it feels like to be there.
As an FAA Part 107–certified drone pilot, I integrate aerial imagery and video to showcase properties from every perspective. Outside client work, I continue to explore painterly, fine-art inspired photography — from dreamy pet portraits on my wooded acreage in Ringgold, Georgia, to serene nature scenes shaped by soft light and quiet mood.
